All carriers must check in no later than 6:30PM on Sunday, July 26,2026 or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc.'s terms, 7 business day standard ground service, at exhibitor expense.

Shipments should arrive between Tuesday, June 16, 2026 and Thursday, July 16, 2026.

Please print the advance shipment labels by clicking on Material Handling & Shipping in the submenu bar.

Advance warehouse receiving hours are Mon. - Fri.: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Freight received at the Advance Warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per cwt surcharge.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE NOT HAND-CARRYING YOUR SHIPMENT, ONLY 2 WHEELED DOLLIES ARE PERMITTED.
